Beautiful townhouse, completely renovated, in Petra. The 320m2 is spread over 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a guest room. On the 1st upper floor is the living area. On 160m2 is the kitchen and lounge. Balcony with possibility to grill at the large dining table with 8 people and a cozy sofa corner. Adjacent to the covered terrace on the ground floor, which can be entered from all bedrooms, is the pool and sun terraces with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.
