"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Balcony with possibility to grill at the large dining table with 8 people and a cozy sofa corner. Adjacent to the covered terrace on the ground floor, which can be entered from all bedrooms, is the pool and sun terraces with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
