We only stayed in this apartment for one night as an intermediate stop, we arrived late compared to the check-in time and Paolo was immensely kind and helpful in welcoming us after hours. Clean and cozy studio apartment, certainly strategic and comfortable due to its proximity to Assisi and Perugia. Thanks for your kindness Paolo!

Wonderful stay, very close to the city center, in a good area, and a spectacular view

If you are driving around Umbria to view Perugia or Assisi, this is the perfect stay. It is a fifteen minute drive to both locations. It's very close to the Assisi airport, but the planes are infrequent and not at night so noise is not an issue. The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures. You may be thinking "it's too far and we won't be able to walk." There is plenty of parking in Assisi and Perugia. You will be thankful you stayed here instead.

Great place in the heart of Assisi! So clean and nice. Great communication. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
