On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sauna room, and in the attic there are two bedrooms and an anteroom (total 105 m2). Parking and a covered barbecue with a terrace are provided. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, so it is ideal for nature lovers, hunters and fishermen. Nearby is the Opeka Arboretum and the Vindija Cave.

Guests have access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicle for free at the charger located next to the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating as well as underfloor heating. Parking is free.

Parking is provided in the yard and is free of charge.
