All 5 bedrooms are en-suites with a full bathroom and closet for your comfort. Silence and green predominate in all rooms in the house, bedrooms have balcony exit and are invaded by landscapes and birds singing. Our leisure area has swimming pool, light tennis court, spa, steam sauna, barbecue and pizza oven.

Our house has 7 suites between the main house and the annex, all with split air conditioning and heating. We have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gourmet area, surrounded by lush greenery and 15 minutes from downtown Itaipava. There are two houses on the land, the larger house being more comfortable and with 4 bedrooms. Our annex house is also incredible, with 3 suites, but the bathrooms are less architecturally designed.
