The American kitchen with a four-burner stove, a refrigerator, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery and utensils in general, blender, toaster, shelves and a counter allows the preparation of small meals in conviviality with the general space and the landscape. A ceiling fan and a table fan. The small terrace has hooks and hammock available. The landscape is stunning amidst the greenery and towering mountains. Stream, natural pools and waterfalls. Independent cottage, with excellent quality internet (900, fiber optic), very charming, privileged location in Araras. Very green, great place for hiking, very peaceful, 1 km away from the center of Araras. Two floors. Charming Santos Dumont stairs. Beds on the upper floor, bathroom with water heated by a gas heater (external), outdoor gourmet area, open kitchen, space inside the property for up to 2 cars. All in good taste.
