Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Spend your holiday in an artistic environment, surrounded by cypress tree forrest and 50 marble and bronze sculptures.

The bus stop is just 1 minute from the apartment, with buses running every 25 minutes to Dubrovnik and the popular Banje Beach near city center!
