Enjoy a stylish experience in this new design apartment. You will have amazing views from the 18.floor (sunrises are particularly beautiful if you are an early bird :). If you are a night owl, switch on the fireplace and enjoy the night views. If you are coming by car, a free underground parking is awaiting you. Comfy Sudio close to the city centre

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
