The cottage has everything your heart desires. Downstairs, there is a dining and sitting area. With a beautiful luxury kitchen. Outside, you can relax on the sunny terrace or lounge area. The 1st floor has 2 large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a 2nd separate toilet.

Oostzaan is a Nice small village with supermarket and grocery shops on walking distance.

Met voldoende speelgelegenheid op het erf voor de kinderen en ontzettend veel activiteiten in de regio voor jong en oud hoef je je eenmaal uitgerust absoluut niet te vervelen. Zeezand ligt op een echte fietslocatie.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. All the way in the back of the Villaparc Duynopgangh in Julianadorp, you will find our vacation home. Overlooking the dunes and the bulb fields, where the swans swim along the ditch in summer. We have been happy to come here with our children for years and rent out our house from time to time. You will therefore find private items such as a cart, games, bicycles, body boards and many books. Feel free to enjoy our lovely vacation home.

For this location, you do need a car, given the location in nature. The house is equipped with every luxury. Ideal for weekend trip or week(s) away. Free parking space in front of the house. Incl. two sup boards to explore the area. Visits and parties are not allowed in this house. This house has a personal check-in and check-out.

Holiday home Froietoid is very fully equipped and has perfect beds with free bedding (also made up for free). We make the beds for you free of charge. We do not rent to groups of young people. Swimming pool is open from May to mid-September.
