Monthly Rentals in Pettino

This is my third time staying in this apartment and it continues to be a super 5-star service.

The accommodation is in a converted granary, which has been beautifully restored. Bedroom and bathroom are simple but functional; the photos don't do the living space justice. It is a peaceful setting in leafy grounds. Pool was closed for the season during our stay but there is a pretty courtyard area which is a sun trap. We loved being able to walk (uphill on a rough track, about 20 minutes) into Trevi for drinks at Bar Roma and excellent food at the handful of restaurants in the hill town. Bring a decent torch if walking up and down after dark! Giuseppe was a charming and helpful host who gave us lots of advice and recommendations for eating out and excursions. We borrowed bikes and cycled to Bevagna along a former rail line for lunch (about an hour each way, flat). Trevi is a perfect base for visiting Umbria. Mosquito screens would have been appreciated in the bedroom but otherwise hard to find fault.

We had a good time with Doriana. She was available to change the check-in time to go against our needs, she also suggested some places to see and where to eat. A tip for those who stay in those areas: download the offline map to get around because satellite coverage is not guaranteed.

Very kind host. The location, apparently isolated, allows you to reach many beautiful Umbrian towns. The house is essential, but cozy and satisfying. Great experience!
