This property is perfect for 4 people however it is not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue. The entrance from the street is directly into the kitchen/living area, beautifully laid out and a staircase weaves its way to the first floor, where there is a large double bedroom, with ensuite shower room, and a Juliet window to the street below. A separate toilet is also on this floor, shared by the second bedroom, which is on the top floor, complete with a double bed and ensuite shower room.

A characterful townhouse dating from 1736, 70 m2, with two floors Wi-Fi on each floor. 80 cm TV Sleeps 4: - Ground floor: living room/kitchen, double sofa bed. - 1st floor: double bed in the bedroom, wardrobe - 2nd floor: toilet, shower, access to a shaded Saint-Tropez-style terrace: 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, unobstructed view with no neighbours overlooking (please respect the neighbours on the outdoor terrace; no loud music, no dance floor, etc.)

Logement climatisé, sans vis à vis au milieu des vignes pour un séjour en duo dans un cadre paisible et confortable. Logement privatif avec à l’étage un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.

No restaurant in the village, you will have to go to Pézenas. 30 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan. 45 minutes from Montpellier 20 minutes from Béziers. 30 minutes from Lac du Salagou.

Quietly located, close to the center of Pézenas, this house offers an ideal setting for a cultural, nature and relaxing stay.

We can provide you with baby equipment (baby bed, etc.) The parking space in front of the gate is reserved for you.
