Small listed village, located 2 minutes from Clermont-l'Hérault, peaceful, quiet, surrounded by scrubland and close to the Cirque de Mourèze. Ideal for lovers of quiet nature holidays (hiking, mountain biking, etc.) close to Lac du Salagou, and the Gorges de l'Hérault. 40 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Pezenas, 35 minutes from Montpellier. Out of respect for the quiet village, our house does not allow big parties.

Winemaker's house - short stroll to the beach

19th century winemakers' house that has been completely restored and modernised whilst painstakingly preserving its original features. The property consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms - three of which have views over the town's château gardens. Other areas include roof terrace with views over the lagoon, spacious salon with fully equipped kitchen and large dining table. The house is a short stroll to the town's beaches, portside restaurants and twice weekly outdoor market.

Enjoy the charm of the countryside while being five minutes from Pezenas (city of Molière). At the bottom of the house, take a walk through the vineyards or you can reach the river and swim there in the summer. Supermarket and tobacco store a two-minute walk from the house. No restaurant in the village, you will have to go to Pézenas. 30 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan. 45 minutes from Montpellier 20 minutes from Béziers. 30 minutes from Lac du Salagou.

You will enjoy a large terrace with gas barbecue and a fenced garden of 1000 m², perfect for children and your pets (accepted). Parking for several cars is possible in the garden. Quietly located, close to the center of Pézenas, this house offers an ideal setting for a cultural, nature and relaxing stay.

Very quiet neighborhood. Townhouse with character from 1736, 70 m2, with two floors Wi-fi 80 cm TV Sleeps 4: - Ground floor: 1 double sofa bed in the living room kitchen. - 1st floor: 1 double bed in the bedroom + wardrobe - 2nd floor: toilet, shower, and access to the tree-lined terrace: 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, unobstructed view and not overlooked (thank you for respecting the neighborhood on the outdoor terrace; no loud music, no dance floor...)

House ideally located in the countryside, between plain and pine forest, close to the sea, the pretty town of Pézenas, the Étang de Thau and a stone's throw from the river. The house has a large garden with a small private 10 m² pool. The house is large (200 m²) and bright and offers a nice view of the plain (and horses sometimes) and beautiful sunsets. It's a great place in any season, to gather with family, stroll, relax and explore the area.

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. Located on the square of this beautiful village of Cazouls d'Hérault, where the river is accessible from the house with nice little walks without taking the car. 50 m from the house there is a park with a boules court and children's games open to all. In the House you will find all the dishes you would need, I leave some products products available: coffee, pods, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar.
