Newly constructed cabin sitting on the banks of Little Red River. Between Heber Springs and Searcy. House has two large decks overlooking river. Upstairs deck is screened in with ceiling fans. Cabin in the woods

My studio cabin is located on 60 acres of woodland about 8 miles from Mountain View. My walking trails will take you to some beautiful rock formations and an occasional glimpse of the mountains. After that long walk you will have two comfy queen beds with great pillows! There is a couch, loveseat and a recliner, books, TV, movies, and a fully equipped kitchen. DISH TV REMOTE- Press power button and then TV button to turn TV on. The remote for the DVD player is in top drawer under tv.

This cozy cottage is centrally located for convenient access to all the amenities Batesville has to offer- shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, library, Lyon College, and historic downtown. The house is approximately 1,000 sq ft with a newly remodeled kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. It also a new deck and patio off the laundry room with an eating area and fire pit.
