Monthly Rentals in Phelps County

My stay was awesome. Stacy's was so warm & welcoming--I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. If you're looking for a place to unwind & relax, this is the place. The farm offers a beautiful view and is about a 15-20 minute drive to Kearney; where you will find everything you need or want. The home has a welcoming feel. It is very clean, roomy, open,----lots of windows to enjoy the scenic view from. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The patio is a grrat place to just sit & chill. Sam, their dog was a great joy to have around as well---so friendly & well behaved. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!!!

We stay at Nicole’s place every March whenever the dates line up. It’s great. So peaceful. Wonderful property. I’m a “clean freak” and I’m always comfortable here. The cabin is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Quite frankly, I love it!

We enjoyed our extended stay. Everything was clean and we had detailed instructions for checking in. Even though Tricia lives next door, we never felt like that was an issue. She is very responsive to any questions and gave some great recommendations.
