Our stay at the property was great! The place was very well structured, while the kitchen and living room were comfortable, clean and with a magical view. The host was always kind and responded promptly to anything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

Our stay was wonderful and our hostess met our needs beyond expectations! She was so sweet and provided great homemade snacks, breakfast and guidance! We would be more than happy to return and recommend it to anyone!

This a great place, run by a very nice multi-generational local family, with an outstanding view. I highly recommend staying here. It is clean, up-to-date, and a 15 minute drive to the Archeological site at Delphi. On-site free parking is at your door. The village of Arachova is more enjoyable than Delphi itself and very walkable with lots of elevation changes. It has numerous shops, restaurants, and tavernas. Kaplanis just two minutes down the hill is a good one. A word of caution, driving from Athens using Google Maps will send you on very narrow, steep, and winding streets within Arachova while attempting the most direct route. Use the link sent by the hosts and scrutinize the directions. Stay on the widest streets with the fewest turns as you get close.

A very friendly host who responded to messages very promptly. He also gave us olive oil as a holiday souvenir when we left. It was an unforgettable vacation.

Everything was perfect! Alexis gave us clear instructions on how to get to the house, which made our arrival very easy. His mother was very kind and helpful, always willing to help us with anything we needed. The house was super clean, comfortable, and fully equipped – it really had everything for a comfortable stay. Plus the location was perfect and the view was great! We'll definitely go for it again if we're in the area.

Mr. Christos is one of the warmest owners I have ever met. He was always willing to help and provide guidance whenever needed. The place is just amazing, very clean - recently renovated and extremely hot / warm. Moreover, the location exceptional if you wish to explore Karpenisi and everything nearby. We will definitely visit it again. Thank you for everything! Thank you for being so kind!!!

I stayed here with my family and we had a great time. The beach is really close and there is a lot to do in the area. The house is very good and the garden is beautiful too.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our group of 13. The view was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight! The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the refreshing pool. The property felt private, and check-in and check-out were easy. Although communication with the host was limited weeks before arrival, they were very helpful and friendly once we checked in, with clear directions that made it easier to find the place, as GPS will take you the wrong way. The house was clean, though we noticed a few cigarette buds outside. The kitchen could use some updates and wasn’t as well-equipped as we hoped, but it had the essentials. Groups over 11 should note that two people will need to sleep in the living room, and there’s no large indoor dining area. Overall, the two living rooms, pool table, and outdoor grill made for a fantastic experience, and we had a great week. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Nikos and Nancy’s place for a friend’s 30th birthday, and while it was the winter, it was a completely restorative, beautiful stay and one we’ll be thinking of for a very long time. The property is stunning in person and truly better than most spa retreats I’ve been to. The town was quiet and walkable which is really exactly what we needed and the facilities were brilliant (every single detail is thought through right up to the orange juicer which we used since we were there around citrus season). Nikos and Nancy are also very gracious and responsive hosts who gave us tonnes of advice regarding our trip and also went over and above to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be planning a trip there again in the summer for sure.

The villa was very nice and the complex looks very thoughtful and clean. Even though we went to winter, we didn't have an issue with the heating. And because we stayed a few days we couldn't make use of all the amenities like the outside bbq. The kids appreciated the loft to an extent that they prohibited us from entering. Thank you so much.

The villa is not only stylish but also incredibly functional, with everything we needed for a home-away-from-home experience. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living space and serene outdoor area, everything was pristine and tastefully done. A special thank you to our wonderful host, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. So kind, responsive, and genuinely caring—it truly made all the difference. We came for the second summer and once again we had a great time. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, good access to highway and groceries. We made various trips with our rental car if not reading books or resting and cooled down in the pool in the afternoons. We are a family of five, youngest 7, eldest 17. A car is essential. Host was very responsive and helpful, I can recommend this house.
