Great home for larger parties. Would stay again.

We stayed in a warm and traditional village like house in a peaceful but also amazing location. Lefteris is a kind and very informative person that guided us for all the worthy attractions and food locations in the area. The house has all the stuff needed for a stay in the area. One big plus of the house is the balcony where you can sit and enjoy one of most beautiful sunrises I've ever seen or enjoy your coffee/drink/food. The other plus is the fireplace that completes the house's experience! I fully recommend Lefteris' house if you would like to visit Trikala and I would be happy to stay there in a future visit of the village.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

It's the best place we've stayed in Greece. Dimitris is a sweetheart. He answered us quickly, he was super attentive. He waited for us until 6 am due to our flight delay. His recommendations for places to eat in the area were perfect. The house is beautiful. We felt right at home. The views are incredible. They convey a lot of peace. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything. It's a good starting point to see the area. It's in a small village but very close to the sea and the beaches. Thank you Dimitris!!!

Impeccable communication with Dimitris, he suggested activities and places to eat that turned out to be very good options. The home is beautiful, cozy, just like in the photos right above Proussos Square.

This a great place, run by a very nice multi-generational local family, with an outstanding view. I highly recommend staying here. It is clean, up-to-date, and a 15 minute drive to the Archeological site at Delphi. On-site free parking is at your door. The village of Arachova is more enjoyable than Delphi itself and very walkable with lots of elevation changes. It has numerous shops, restaurants, and tavernas. Kaplanis just two minutes down the hill is a good one. A word of caution, driving from Athens using Google Maps will send you on very narrow, steep, and winding streets within Arachova while attempting the most direct route. Use the link sent by the hosts and scrutinize the directions. Stay on the widest streets with the fewest turns as you get close.

Everything was perfect! Alexis gave us clear instructions on how to get to the house, which made our arrival very easy. His mother was very kind and helpful, always willing to help us with anything we needed. The house was super clean, comfortable, and fully equipped – it really had everything for a comfortable stay. Plus the location was perfect and the view was great! We'll definitely go for it again if we're in the area.

Mr. Christos is one of the warmest owners I have ever met. He was always willing to help and provide guidance whenever needed. The place is just amazing, very clean - recently renovated and extremely hot / warm. Moreover, the location exceptional if you wish to explore Karpenisi and everything nearby. It was all great and better than we expected. There was very beautiful decor with attention to every detail. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, full kitchen, welcome basket, 2 smart remote, cozy living room with high performance fireplace, good soundproofing space. I've been to my shares of Airbnb through my travels, and this is by far, the best experience I've had. Dimitris and Frosso are exceptional hosts. Made sure we had supplies upon arrival, and are exceptional at communicating. Dimitris gave fantastic local recommendations, provided insightful tips, and even helped arranged my 50th birthday dinner on a holiday when most restaurants were closed. We ended up hanging out with them every morning and had incredibly interesting chats. Wished we got to stay longer and hope to be back again in the future!

I stayed at Nikos and Nancy’s place for a friend’s 30th birthday, and while it was the winter, it was a completely restorative, beautiful stay and one we’ll be thinking of for a very long time. The property is stunning in person and truly better than most spa retreats I’ve been to. The town was quiet and walkable which is really exactly what we needed and the facilities were brilliant (every single detail is thought through right up to the orange juicer which we used since we were there around citrus season). Nikos and Nancy are also very gracious and responsive hosts who gave us tonnes of advice regarding our trip and also went over and above to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be planning a trip there again in the summer for sure.

This was a beautiful place to stay with really easy access to the sea and a lovely village. It was very well-equipped and furnished with everything you could need. Pantelis' mother was extremely helpful and friendly and we really appreciated her gift of fresh figs, as well as the welcoming bottle of wine. As a previous guest mentioned, there is only A/C in the bedrooms and we did find the living areas too warm to use much. We come from much cooler temperatures in England so this may not be an issue for others as there are fans and shutters. Would definitely recommend and would love to return one day.

We spent a beautiful weekend in Kalavryta. The house is very large spacious with 4 large bedrooms. Huge living room with fireplace for hanging all together. generally we didn't miss anything. Very pleased. The host is totally understandable. We had a baby and it served us perfectly in everything we needed. Inside the village the house perfect location. I will definitely prefer it again!

The villa is an escape from the world in which you can enjoy a holiday without having to leave. It has a prestigious homely feel and it was a pleasure for Lena to allow us the last minute booking. It is next door to a hotel and in the evening you can hear the guests when you are in the garden, but nothing can be heard when you are inside. The first night this perturbed us but once we utilised the bar we were much more welcoming of the nightlife. Sun is in the garden and on the pool until late afternoon and the pool was so clean. The views were to die for and the beach access was perfect . Be aware the pool is deep, but my 5 and 3 year old spent the whole week in it with their arm bands. Lena recommended local restaurants and even arranged for the amazing Konstantina to cook us a proper home cooked meal for a private dining experience. Please do not miss out. All your friends will be jealous. Thank you so much Lena, Konstantina and Andrea.

Great little apartment! Clean, bright, and comfortable, with a fenced yard and a convenient parking space. The house has two rental units – one on each floor. We were provided with a baby crib and a baby bathtub, which was a really nice touch. Everything was perfect. The only thing to keep in mind — the location shown on Airbnb differs from the actual address by a few kilometers, which might be misleading when choosing the place. Other than that – highly recommended!
