We had a fantastic stay! Our host went above and beyond — they waited patiently for our delayed flight and even picked us up from the airport, which made our arrival so smooth and stress-free. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcome and a reliable host!

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

I had a good rest with a family of 6 with an adult. It was nice that there were many restaurants and cafes nearby.

We were a family of 6 adults. This place can accommodate 10 pax easily !! Very clean. Host Anna was very helpful and flexible. We had a late flight and Anna allowed our extension of checking out without any hassle !! Thank you !! Although there's a bit of music coming from the neighbour, it stopped at 11pm. No issues.

The location was perfect, with easy access to local spots, restaurants, and public transport. The accommodation was neat and tidy as shown in the photos. It was a private pool villa, so I was able to rest quietly, and the pool was spacious and the water was clean, so I enjoyed it from morning to night. The pool, especially with the lights on at night, had a really nice vibe. The interior was cozy, and the bedding and amenities were meticulously prepared, so there was nothing else to take care of. The location was reasonably secluded, and it was close to the places I needed, so there was no inconvenience. I had a good rest. It's a place I want to come back to next time!

We really enjoyed the two months we spent here. The views were great, and the apartment was exactly as described. The host was really responsive. We had issues with the hot water during the first couple of days and the host worked so quickly to resolve it, and we had no problems with the water after that. Responses always arrived within minutes whenever we had a question. We even booked another one of their apartments for an additional few weeks, as this one wasn't available for the dates we needed. The property is located close to both the beach and surrounding restaurants. And since the accommodation is on a high floor, there is no noise in the evening and I had a very comfortable rest.

This is an older type of apartment, but everything worked, I would have happily extended my stay here except it was pre booked. Strong Internet which was an important factor for me as I work online which worked flawlessly. Jack was easy to contact and communicate with. I usually rate accomodation as to whether I would return a second time ….and yes I would. Thank you for my stay here.

Excellent host. always attentive and very proactive in communication. Very concerned with keeping the space clean. The place is very nice with everything you need for a good stay. Near the beach, bars, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a really good longer stay. It was what I expected, there were tall glass doors to let in the outside light, not too much as the property is surrounded by other tall buildings, but that also gave me the privacy that I like. One time I noticed a smell coming from the washing machine, and within minutes it was diagnosed to be a missing drain cover that the service man forgot to put back, and was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I found Kevin to be one of the very best service oriented hosts I ever met. He did everything he could to make my stay more comfortable whenever I reached out. He hooked up the dehumidifier to the sink for me so it would drain itself to make the climate in the room comfortable. It’s a good location, it’s a nice modern apartment, a few minutes ride from the beach, a few minutes to the river with long walking paths. Lots of food options, coffee shops, close to Danavi for groceries, spas…

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.
