The apartment, with great views, is located on the second floor (staircase with elevator) of a historic building and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

Temporary access by visitors is permitted, subject to authorisation by the Host. The bus stop is a few metres away, and in 20 minutes you can get to the underground station, from which you can easily reach the centre and other parts of the city.
