In Interneppo, just a 10-minute walk from Lake Tre Comuni, our three-floor house with private garden offers direct access to the Monte Festa trails and its panoramic fortress. We live in the same house, but guests enjoy a fully independent area with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms (we only share the stairs and laundry room). Close to the Alpe Adria Cycle Route, with secure bike storage. Perfect for trekking, nature, relaxation, and unique views between lake and mountains. 🚴‍♀️⛰️🌿

The accommodation is just steps away from all services. You will have the opportunity to experience the charm of living in an ancient residence rich in history and art, without sacrificing modern comforts. The real 'gem' of the property is the 'altana', a spacious rooftop-area with a panoramic view of Udine Castle.

Ravascletto: Cottage with two independent apartments

Between Sutrio and Ravascletto, the first house of the village of the same name houses the Prepaulin apartments. A few minutes from the "Zoncolan" ski area and the Arta Spa, a convenient starting point for excursions in the high mountains or simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico Pass) Pets are welcome. I can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults and 2 children (I cannot accommodate 9 adults: one room is too small.

The apartment is 70 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione for the summer .. 40 km from the starred city of Palmanova and towards the border of Slovenia is Cividale del Friuli known for the Longobardi. Closer to 9 km are Gemona del Friuli and Venzone. For winter the ski areas are the Zoncolan 35km , Tarvisio 45km and Nassfeld
