An attic, inside a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with ancient woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Apartment CATERINA Arta Terme is a gem in the charming alpine village, in the embrace of the Northern Italian Alps. The 3-room, 54 m² apartment is an ideal choice for families, friends – for up to 5 people. Fully equipped with fireplace, wifi, terrace, parking, TV and Play Station. Nearby, you will find Terme di Arta thermal baths, ZONCOLAN ski slope, restaurants and shopping. Perfect relaxation or active recreation in all seasons!

Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment. It is located within the house where we normally live with another family on the upper floors. The common areas (courtyard and stairs) are accessible, but not for exclusive use.
