The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house (my mother and I live on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5km from the historic center (therefore you need a vehicle to get around), with a parking space and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. POSSIBILITY OF USING A NEARBY SWIMMING POOL.

It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.
