Holiday rentals with a patio in Picardy

Very nice place to stay for family Paris trip. Bakery and supermarket around the corner so we could start the day well strengthened. Well-equipped kitchen, cooking would be possible, but we did not use it. Stove, large refrigerator, freezer, oven. We only enjoyed delicious coffee from the available capsule coffee machine for breakfast.

Our holiday was wonderful! We recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is great as it’s not far from Paris and very easy to reach the Louvre and other main attractions. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with a lovely garden which was especially convenient as I was traveling with my small dog. The neighborhood is nice with a fantastic bakery and a small grocery store nearby while larger supermarkets are about a 15–20 minute walk away. There’s also a pharmacy close by. The apartment has everything needed for a long stay and the host was very kind responsive and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay near Paris!

Very happy with my stay in this great sunny apartment, even bigger than in the photos and very well located. The bedroom overlooks the courtyard, so super peaceful. The alley is quiet as well. Clément is very friendly! He made sure of my well-being during my stay. Being a woman traveling alone, I felt safe thanks to the 2 doors that are on the ground floor and the security cameras. I look forward to coming back in the next couple months.

Very good stay , the host does not hesitate to make sure everything is going well and resolves the worries of the moment, the patio was a little extra I recommend!

It was a very great experience to stay at Lucia's apartment! We could easily checked in, everything was clean and comfy. Room temperature was managed properly. I would definitely stay at this place if I could get a chance to visit Paris!

New, very clean, tastefully decorated home. Located close to restaurants and supermarkets, bakery. Spa at the top, the best we've used on Airbnb, very hot. Rooftop terrace great also with sun loungers and dining table. Very responsive hosts. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

We are delighted with the stay at Isabelle and Christophe's! The home was within walking distance to the beach. We went there with two small children and everything was done to make them feel good (games, crib in a separate room). A bakery was available near the property on foot. Clean accommodation, comfortable bedding. I would highly recommend it!

Super nice Airbnb... very well equipped great location and great hot tub. Unfortunately, it's a pity that you didn't really have keys. I traveled alone as a woman and therefore had a bit of concern and didn't feel so safe even though there are cameras, I would have felt safer with a locked door. Nevertheless, thank you for everything!!! Always happy to come back

Family trip, with 2 children, cozy space for Paris standards in context with condominium playground. Close to multiple subway stops, so very well connected. Extremely kind and reliable host. Highly recommended

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Highly recommended for an affordable family stay in Paris. We had a perfect weekend - Cveta was the perfect host - excellent communication and met us at the start and end of our stay. This is AirBnB as originally conceived - staying in somebodies appartement that is lived by a family in when not being rented out.

The stay at Gidon's went very well! Gidon was welcoming, always responsive and attentive to us. For the arrival and departure time he was very flexible too, which was great! The apartment is very functional and it has a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view, if the sky is not cloudy. The apartment is a bit far from the city center if you want to walk there, but on the contrary there is a good bus service right next door, or the metro a few minutes' walk away.
