The house includes 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc, an equipped kitchen open to a dining room (table for 8 place settings and benches), a living room with a large fireplace and a bar (cozy for evenings in family by the fireside or parties). The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier.
