Welcome to our home, a former hotel room in a beautiful 30's building registered as Historical Monument, on the 5th floor with lift, with a large private terrace overlooking the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed "New Brooklyn". Located in the centre of the "Golden Triangle" (Hoche district), in the immediate vicinity of Paris, it is close to all amenities and transport in a quiet environment, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette.
