Beautiful family loft in a condominium for 6 people, with direct access to Playa Hermosa, close to shops and restaurants such as La Sal or Casa Cuesta (highly recommended and you can walk from the house). You will have 1 parking space, day and night security, TV, internet, children's games, a gazebo, and a swimming pool. In addition, the condominium has a private coastal walk so you can watch the sunsets.

Spacious, comfortable house with an excellent location, access to main avenues that connect with Punta de Lobos, Cahuil and Playa Principal. It has a separate entrance, and a closed parking lot for 2 cars. If you love sunsets, you can enjoy one every day in a natural and very quiet setting. The house is fully equipped to enjoy every day of the year.
