has a BEAUTIFUL private beach, the villa is in very good condition, very well equipped kitchen, only outside the club in sight has suffered the passage of the years, it looks old, there is security staff at the entrance that makes the site feel safe, the location is perfect to visit La Paz and the beaches of the north. Wash A super-needed CAR! The pool is very clean!

If I could give Jased and Blanca ten stars I would. They are the most wonderful superhosts and go beyond everything imaginable to help your stay be wonderful. Everything is first class a real hard to beat experience, that is why we are staying another month.

My biggest complaint was that it was such a slice of heaven we practically never left. We left to get more groceries ( their kitchen was perfect for the meals my husband and I shared there). And we stumbled to this local beach and found TOTO’s DRINKS. Nice little simple place to get a bite close by. We stayed 5 nights and never has my husband ever said, “it ended too soon”…… NEVER! Casa Royce’s starlink worked incredibly well. My husband was able to do business while here… (not too much business) !! The view is the star, but the little studio has a cool vibe. I only wish that guest be made aware of or reminded of the proximity to other rentals right next door. Some of our neighbors weren’t very courteous with their nose levels.

Very good place for a couple or single person; it is a studio apartment so any more than two may be a little cramped. The apartment was very quiet through the night for the most part with some dog barking in the area in the evening but this didn't last into the night and was not really a bother for the most part. The security of the apartment is excellent with privacy and good parking also much appreciated. As indicated the communication with Cristina was excellent and if I ever needed anything (mine was a long stay) it was provided very quickly. The location of the apartment is ideal as it is fairly close to the Malecon without being too noisy as can be the case if you're near a bar etc. There is a large public market just a few blocks away which is very handy indeed. Although Cristina's English is limited, there are several other persons available who speak excellent English just in case you're an English speaker who needs assistance on a matter. I would happily stay again!
