The appartment is 70m2 total (1 bedroom is in the attic) and has a spacious about 60m2 terrace. Wellness centre, squash centre and gym in the building about 100m from the apartment (reconstruction in the wellness centre from 07/2025). Apartment is located in the area with another new buildings surrounded by forrest. It is on direct route to the Mumlava waterfall (5 mins).

We offer a 52 sq m apartment with a view of the mountains, which consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. It is designed for 6 people: one double bed and two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which can accommodate two additional people, a TV, a coffee table and a table with four chairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped. No smoking is allowed in the apartment. We provide one free parking space.

The Marszałka 28 apartment is located on the ground floor of a tenement house located in the very center of Jelenia Góra, 300 meters from the Old Town. It consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Our guests say it is an ideal combination of a base for trips to the Karkonosze, Rudawy Janowickie and Kaczawskie Mountains with the possibility of enjoying the attractions of the center of Jelenia Góra.
