We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Pinto. This was our second stay there in a month and we cannot wait to come back! The house itself is beautiful, full of history, and tastefully decorated by the owners. Araceli and Maria Irma, the two women taking care of the house and surrounding areas, were very kind and helpful making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house is located in a private area with stunning views of the mountains. It's the perfect place to retreat to with family. There are multiple spaces throughout the house for everyone to do their own thing while being together at the same time. You breathe beautiful clean mountain air throughout the day, plus the beds and linens are super comfortable, perfect for a good night of sleep. There were a lot of mosquitos outside at the time of the year that we went so our only recommendation is to bring repellent to make sure you're well protected from any bites.

Luis Eduardo is a perfect host! He was super friendly and communicative from the first contact until after we had left. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is much better equipped than most places in Colombia and Luis Eduardo even left us ingredients for us to use when we arrived. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. If you like birds, you will love waking up with their songs and watching the different colorful species in the surrounding trees. If you’re looking for peace and comfort in that area, you won’t regret staying there!

Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

Good location with lots of restaurants close by

El apartamento es bastante similar a lo ue se ve en las fotografías. Ideal para estancias cortas o largas en grupos de 5 o 6 personas. La vista desde el balcón es muy bonita y los trabajadores del edificio (vigilantes, piscineros) son muy colaboradores. Dos aspectos para remarcar: 1. La cerradura de la puerta principal no da mucha seguridad, da la impresión que puede abrirse con cualquier objeto. 2. Las camas de las habitaciones secundarias no son dobles como se menciona en las fotos, sino semidobles. ¡Gracias Stéphania por confiar en mi familia!

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The building itself is lovely and located in a quiet, tranquil area, perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores, convenience stores with delivery options, and several fast-food restaurants, which made everything super easy. Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.

La experiencia en este apartamento fue excelente. Todos los ambientes –habitaciones, balcones, baños, cocina y sala– estaban muy organizados, impecables y bien equipados. El aire acondicionado y el calentador de agua funcionaron perfectamente. La ubicación es central y estratégica, aunque el acceso en carro puede requerir rodeos debido a la organización del tránsito en la ciudad, no por el apartamento en sí. El único punto negativo que me parece importante señalar es que el aislamiento acústico no es bueno, pues se escuchaba com bastante claridad el ruido de la autopista (carros, motos, ambulancias, etc.), lo cual fue realmente muy incómodo em algunos momentos. Sin embargo, en términos generales, nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía y disfrutamos mucho del apartamento, que ofrece una excelente calidad y comodidad. Sin duda, una óptima experiencia.
