Small 2-room apartment totally independent of our home. 2 rooms plus an entrance, recent and very well-equipped, in the countryside, ideal for discovering inland Normandy. Located on the ground floor, covered south-facing terrace offering a beautiful outdoor space in any season. Our property is secluded, in the countryside with no other homes around. Accommodation for 2 adults (or 1 of course) but not suitable for small children. No Electric Car Recharge possible

L'Audacieux is an accommodation on the ground floor of a dwelling house with private parking and enclosed garden in the center of the village of Moyaux where you will find all the local shops. It is 5 minutes from Cerza Zoo, 15 minutes from Lisieux and its basilica, 30 minutes from the Normandy beaches. We built it in 2022 and arranged it as if we were to stay there and would be happy to host you. It is classified furnished tourist accommodation 3***.

Nearby you will find everything you need,the Normandy coast which is one of the attractive and touristy places of our region is 30 min away,the room is on the ground floor, linens are included.
