It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in Halkidiki. The views from both balconies are absolutely stunning, making every morning and evening a delight. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and offered all the privacy we could ask for, making it a peaceful retreat. It’s also conveniently located, with shops nearby and a charming village just a short walk away, full of great restaurants. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway!

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

We had a wonderful time in Adam's apartment in Kallithea in September 2024 and can fully recommend this domicile. The location is ideal – quiet but still close to the center and the beautiful beaches of Kallithea. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is nearby: restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail with which Adam leads the apartment. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, but we were outside to eat, but the cozy balcony invites you to end the evening with a glass of wine. Adam was very helpful and always available during the stay. Adam provided valuable tips in the apartment, which was very useful. Thank you, Adam, for this great time! Best regards, Marion & Klaus

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Everything is described by the owner. I would add the proximity to the beach bar and the quiet and relaxing surroundings. The beach is also unique with a water sports club nearby.

If you are looking for a quiet holiday you have certainly found the right accommodation, on the premises itself it is very quiet. If you want to look for the hustle and bustle, Thessaloniki is less than an hour away. Furthermore, there are also many restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby villages. Shops for shopping are not really there, then you should really go to Thessaloniki city. Beach is very beautiful, but there are many stones and the stairs are quite long (and tiring)

Having visited the area regularly over the past 15 years, I can confidently say that Eleftherios’ home is the best place I’ve ever stayed. The cost is remarkably reasonable considering all the amenities, the outstanding view, and the ideal location that embodies what should be called the perfect stay. The home is spacious, felt bright, clean, with a refreshing atmosphere that made it a joy to stay in. The attention to detail was clear, from the spotless interiors to the well-maintained amenities. The internet was impressively fast even when streaming. Eleftherios went above and beyond as a host, providing thoughtful recommendations and responding quickly to any questions. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway in Halkidiki !

Everything was so wonderful in this little paradise. The villa is fully fenced offering total privacy and comfort. We truly appreciated the spacious and well equipped interiors, as well as the vibrat pool-garden. The location is a lovely beachy neighborhood with endless shores and views of pure nature.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

We stayed at this wonderful house as a young family with our child, our dog, and our parents, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property offers a breathtaking sea view and a spacious yard with a great outdoor barbecue area—perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing. The house is very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. From Theodoros picking us up at the airport to the end of our two week stay, we had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean, fully stocked, and literally steps from the water. At the end of our first week, Theodoros dropped off clean linens, towels, and fabulous Greek pastries! This was in addition to the bottle of wine and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator upon our arrival. The hosts thought of everything that anyone would need when vacationing. The sliders from the living room and bedroom open onto a balcony with spectacular views of the Aegean. You don’t need a car because there are fantastic restaurants and shops just steps away. I hope we’re able to return, and if we do, we will be booking with Theodoros!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.
