Large, sunny and quiet apartment.

The apartment includes the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There is no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and bedroom to the southwest which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via wifi. I myself live on the ground floor, there are no other residents.

A charming courtyard features a round table set with a white tablecloth, two wicker chairs, and a bottle of wine. Surrounding the table, lush plants climb the walls of a peach-colored building, while a small fountain adds a serene touch to the cobblestone area.

The Petit Mas is peacefully located 3km out of the hustle and bustle of the picturesque and lively town of Lourmarin with its many restaurants, boutique shops, a weekly Friday Provencal Market and a Farmer's Market on Tuesday evenings. Set against the mountains among vineyards and olive groves in the Luberon Natural Regional Park, it has beautiful views across the valley. The farm is a great location for walking, cycling, lazing about or exploring the rest of Provence.
