The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Appartement Sun Deck

The apartment is located on the first floor of our house in a rural setting overlooking the countryside. To ensure peace and quiet, the 1st floor is uninhabited throughout the summer. It is located in a recently renovated garden with various palm trees, olive trees, etc. About 300 m² of the total 2700 m² are at your disposal. Sandy beach 3 km away. Parking for max. 1 car on site. Relax in this peaceful oasis, because here it is "Simply Atlantic."

Small cozy house in the countryside

Very charming little house ideally located in Cotentin! The nearest beaches (Surtainville or Rozel) are 10 minutes by car. Bricquebec (arts and history village), charming village is also 10 min by car. There are 2 supermarkets as well as the traditional Monday market. Valognes, medium-sized town (sncf train station), is only 20 minutes from the house. Finally, the East coast with the landing beaches discovery circuit is 30 minutes away.

Le Pressoir - Family cottage

Welcome to our cottage Le Pressoir located in the town of Surtainville, close to all shops (1 min walk: bakery, grocery store, tobacco, hairdresser, 10 min walk: restaurant/bar La Houle à Facette, children's games, Surf school). This cottage is ideally located to enjoy the beach 14 min walk, hiking trails (GR223), water activities, the Channel Islands (from Carteret or Dielette) as well as other must-see sites of the Cotentin peninsula.

Sciotot: The small house – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

The Workshop

Studio on the 1st floor, in downtown Les Pieux Dynamic village (about 70 shops and 3 supermarkets). Sciotot beaches less than 2 km away Less than 5 km from Flamanville power station. New apartment, all amenities, for a couple (with one bedroom, kitchen open to living room, toilet in the bathroom). Towels and bedding are provided, an extra blanket is available in addition to the duvet. Pets not allowed.
