Obytná časť dvojizbový byt(jedna izba je prechodná)s príslušenstvom bol čiastočne renovovaný,(kúrenie, okná, kúpeľňa) .Zachovali sa hrubé múry a stropné klenby. Dom má prirodzenú klimatizáciu. V lete príjemný chládok a v zime teplo. Mlyn sa nachádza blízko námestia (cca 2 min pešo), blízko sú obchody, kaviarničky, reštaurácie, autobusové spojenie s prípojom k vlaku

We offer you a place to stay for the whole family in a very quiet neighborhood. You can park two cars right on the property. This house is a perfect place to stay for families with children. You will find toys, games and books for the whole family at our place. The house has a large garden where there is a trampoline, a slide, a swing and a barbecue. The accommodation is about 20min walk from the city center. Around the house, there are groceries, restaurants, playgrounds, and a bus stop.

The house is located in the historical part of the city.We decided to provide it for accommodation for all who want to get to know the beauty of Skalice and wide surroundings. It has its own garden and patio. Parking for 4 cars is free in front of the house.
