Villa L'Olivarosa si trova in una tranquilla zona di campagna. Ma a solo pochi chilometri delle spiagge di Formia (Gianola) e Scauri. E 15 minuti dal Porto di Formia e la stazione FS. La Villa, circondata da piante di olivo e frutta, é la base ideale per visitare il basso Lazio, Formia, Gaeta, Sperlonga nonché Montecassino, Roma, Napoli e la costiera Almafitana. Vllla L'Olivarosa is in a quiet area surrounded by olive and fruit trees only a few minutes drive to the local beaches and Formia.

Conveniently located, well-equipped with everything you could need for short or long stays. 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 4 single beds full bathroom with shower washing machine fully equipped kitchen 3rd floor (no elevator) terrace, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs / sun loungers with a suggestive view of the Gulf of Gaeta with breathtaking colors in particular weather conditions. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the livingroom It can accomodate up to 6 people

Villa Afrodite

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
