Monthly Rentals in Pieve di Chio

We had a fantastic stay at Ilana's apartment. The place was spotless, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee maker and some lovely goodies to welcome us. Two friendly cats also stopped by occasionally to say Hello! The location is perfect as a base for exploring the nearby towns and cities in this part of Tuscany. Ilana was an excellent host, always responsive to our texts. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

The apartment is easy to find , it is very clean and the check-in is simple. Everything was perfect. Impeccable kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed the tranquility and the opportunity to take a bus on the corner. A butcher shop and a small grocery store are within walking distance. The host responds quickly. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Everything is really great

This was our second stay at Cortona’s Rooftop Nest. Margherita is an exceptional host! She is there to meet you and help you get situated at her place. She is always available if you should need anything and will check on you periodically to make sure everything is working. She is simply the best!! The apartment is nice size. Three bedrooms that can host four guests and a nice size kitchen to do some great Italian cooking! It is very clean and has everything you need for an exceptional stay. It is in the middle of Cortona’s so the location cannot be any better. The view of Tuscany from this place will take your breath away……and there is no better place to witness the beauty of a Tuscany sunset than from here!!
