Elle offre 2 chambres (18m2 et 12m2) climatisées avec lits en 160x200, deux salles de bains avec WC, un espace bureau, un salon cosy, une cuisine/salle-à-manger et une buanderie/rangement où vous pourrez entreposer 2-roues, valises etc. Le logement est proche d'un grand parc aux arbres centenaires et des commerces se trouvent à proximité.

Enjoy this cozy, pleasant accommodation, located in the heart of the village in a quiet area close to shops. This two-storey accommodation has been renovated, it offers on the ground floor a separate toilet, a shower room and a sofa bed (140 x 200) with wardrobe. On the 1st floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a sofa (non-convertible) with TV and a small terrace, on the 2nd floor we have a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, wardrobe and sink.

Listed as a historic monument, Pignan is a mediaeval village near Montpellier. You are staying in a former 18th-century sheepfold with beautiful pointed-arch vaults. The walls were built using lime and Pignan stone. It is a large room of about 20 m² designed for 2 people. This unique property is located on the ground floor of our house on a quiet pedestrian street in the town centre, close to small shops.

Welcome to our studio located in Pignan, a small friendly village 10 minutes from Montpellier, 30 seconds from the Garrigue and 15 minutes from the sea. The studio is new (26 m2), ideal for two people, children are not allowed in order to preserve the peace and quiet. Outside, you will find a small patio ideal for breakfast as well as access to the natural pool with shared access with the owners.
