Apartman Place nalazi se u centru Splita. Udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače, 10 min hoda od plaže Bačvice. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

The balcony has a nice size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.
