“We had a great time staying at John and Carna’s Adventure Studio. The space was sunny, bright and very comfortable for our family of four. Everything was very clean and felt like it had just been built out. The photos of the studio are very good, but it still felt bigger than I expected it to. We spent a lot of time on the private dock, the lake was very clear and deep off of the dock. We swam, and the kids played on the foam “lilly pad”. We caught a lot of Largemouth Bass, Sunfish, and a Northern Pike off of the dock. The four of us also took a tour of most of the lake on the pedal boat. On the second day, we drove over to the Cuyuna mountain bike trails and had a lot of fun exploring the trails in an area that we hadn’t been to yet. John and Carna were great hosts, very nice, friendly, and helpful. They were very good in communicating clearly and often, and were available whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay in the Adventure Studio again.”
Enjoy our 1 bd/1 ba cabin! It has a full kitchen, screened porch, washer/dryer & shares a 4-acre wooded lot with the adjacent Clubhouse with a stretching/exercise room, outdoor hot tub & barrel sauna you can use. The lot has a private tennis court & 1/4 mile walking trail. Nice streets to walk or ride in the neighborhood, and downtown Nisswa and the Paul Bunyan Trail are a short 1 mile walk, bike ride or drive away. DOG FRIENDLY! The cabin is professionally cleaned between every reservation.
“The Little Cabin was plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 child which was my main concern. The outdoor hot tub and sauna were PERFECT for this time of year and really made the value worth it. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. I couldn't think of one thing Chad could be doing differently to provide a more comforting stay.”
This house is in Brainerd just a few blocks away from Central Lake College. It's also 5 minutes from downtown Brainerd. You can literally walk to see the Mississippi river.
“Norbert's place was clean, quiet, in a nice area close to walking paths and the river. If there are certain kitchen supplies you want, I would recommend checking with Norbert about what is there. During our stay, there was no toaster, coffee maker, etc. and should have asked about this ahead of time. Otherwise, communication was good and we enjoyed our stay!”
