Holiday rentals in Pilpala

A very nice and relaxed month was spent with the family in the cozy and spacious house. Excellent host + lovely place to stay = ☆☆☆☆☆

Petri otti oma-aloitteisesti yhteyttä ja oli hyvin ystävällinen viestinnässään. Hieman ihmetystä aiheutti se, että jääkaapissa oli ruokia yllättävän paljon. Kaikin puolin sujuva, mukava vierailu 😊

The condo was lovely. We truly loved our stay. It was a perfect home away from home for my family and two young kids (a 3 year old and 0 year old). The location was great. Everything was beautiful. It was sparkly clean. The owner was hospitable and timely responded to all inquiries. The condo was conveniently located just 80 minutes from Helsinki and was near the sea, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The listing indicated it had 4 bedrooms. Only three bedrooms were accessible to us, which was perfectly fine as there was plenty of room and we loved our stay. A handicap friendly elevator was offered, if needed (which we utilized for toting the heavy bags with lots of kids' stuff up to the third floor). The house had two full bathrooms and was equipped with a bubble bath and a sauna. Everything about the apartment was charming, immaculate, cozy, stylish, and just perfect. At the time we made the reservation, we inquired about our need for a crib or pack n play for our baby. The owner promptly responded that a pack n play would be provided. Not only was there a pack n play set up when we arrived, there was also a high chair set up at the dining room table. We appreciated the thoughtful and sweet gesture. Having the special items at the condo made traveling with a baby comfortable and easy. The owner was extremely friendly and courteous. Once we checked in, the owner reached out to us to make sure everything was great and assured us we could contact him with any questions/concerns during our stay. The three accessible bedrooms were on the third floor. Two bedrooms were large and had balconies. The third bedroom was smaller and had two skylights. There was a fabulous bathroom on the third floor complete with a shower and a sauna. The second floor had a full and beautiful kitchen with all the amenities we could need for cooking in the condo, a comfy and stylish living area, a long dining room table, a beautiful bathroom with a tub and shower, and a balcony with seaside views. The bottom floor had our entrance, a foyer, and the stairwell.

Asunto oli oikein viihtyisä ja hyvällä, rauhallisella sijainnilla. Yhteydenpito Mervin kanssa toimi erinomaisesti ja saimme selkeät ohjeet. Asunto oli hyvin varusteltu, olisimme viihtyneet pidempäänkin. Suosittelen lämpimästi!

The apartment is exactly as described and is a great space for a weekend among friends, with large shared spaces. The kitchen has all the appliances you could need and is well catered for with crockery etc. The location is really central and walkable to the town centre and harbour areas. Although there were roadworks going on in the street in front of the apartment we actually heard nothing from them the whole time we were there (Fri-Sun). Joonas is super responsive and helpful host, even dropping around additional bed linen after we’d checked in (due to our error). A really great experience from start to finish! Thank you for making our time in Helsinki so easy and stress-free!

Jouduimme yllättäen hakemaan majoitusta todella lyhyellä varoitusajalla. Panu vastasi nopeasti ja järjesti meille asunnon ennätysajassa, vain kahdessa tunnissa vaikka oli vappupäivä! Asunto oli upea ja siisti, lapset tykkäsivät porealtaasta ja katsoimme molempina iltoina koko perhe elokuvaa kotiteatterissa. Kiitos vielä kerran Panulle ykkösluokan kokemuksesta!

This place is nothing short of magical. Tucked away in the forest, it offers total peace, privacy, and a level of comfort that far exceeded our expectations. The cabin is beautifully designed, extremely well-equipped, and clearly built with care and attention to detail. The sauna, the whirlpool, the silence—you feel like the world stops spinning for a while. Communication with the hosts was smooth and professional from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. If you’re looking to disconnect from the chaos and reconnect with yourself (or each other), this is the place. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at Harri’s place for 4 nights for a city break. Harri was a great host, his communication and instructions for getting there were spot on. The apartment was spotless with all the facilities you would need, there was also a very clear instruction manual to refer to. Harri also gave us great recommendations for bars, restaurants, things to do etc. The apartment was ideally located, within walking distance of everything also great cafes, bars and restaurants nearby and a 24hr supermarket. Harri was also flexible with our check out which was much appreciated. If we arête to return to Helsinki we would definitely stay again.

Séjour parfait dans le studio de Santeri. Nous nous somems trouvées tres bien dans l'appartement ! Nous avons rarement pu profiter d'autant d'équipements et de commodités... mention spéciale au lave-vaisselle (dosette pour laver fournies avec, au demeurant!). L'appartement est vraiment idéalement situé, tellement cocooning qu'on regretterait presque de devoir le quitter pour partir en balade dans la journée. Le lit est effectivement tres pres du plafond (mais cela se voit sur les photos), une fois le coup de main pris, cela ne pose aucune difficulté ! Si.npus devions revenir à Helsinki, nous n'hésiterions pas à reserver de nouveau!
