It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

In the absolutely idyllic Kas Alm on the Grandsberg you can relax in peace with your whole family or your friends or celebrate your birthday and other special occasions. NOTE: The access to Kas Alm is via a forest path. The path is not passable with sports cars. The Kas Alm cannot be accessed by car in winter in snow (except with snow chains). The Kas Alm is within walking distance in approx. 5 minutes' walk from the parking lot of Grandsberger Hof.

Unentgeltliche Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustüre, auf Anfrage könnt Ihr auch gegen Gebühr Euer Elektroauto bei uns laden (11 V) während Ihr Euch im Tinyhouse erholt. Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
