Located 7km from Piumhi, the main house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and kitchenette, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue. The Ribeirão Araras crosses a good part of the farm, thus creating several favorable points to cool down. The water used in the main house comes from a spring brought by a hose and a stream of water that passes behind the house. Simple and bucolic place. Ideal to be inspired by an experience tourism.

The Condominium Recanto das Garças is located on the banks of the Furnas dam and has a large leisure area, with swimming pool, barbecue, soccer field, pool, as well as a complete kitchen, including two industrial stoves, various utensils, freezer, ice machine, among others. The Condominium has 8 chalets, each with 3 bedrooms, private bathrooms and balcony. There is also ample parking space. A very nice place, perfect for families and groups of friends.
