Located 7km from Piumhi, the main house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and kitchenette, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue. The Ribeirão Araras crosses a good part of the farm, thus creating several favorable points to cool down. The water used in the main house comes from a spring brought by a hose and a stream of water that passes behind the house. Simple and bucolic place. Ideal to be inspired by an experience tourism.

We have in the space a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove and basic cooking utensils, right next to a double box bed and a single bed, next to a closet and a 1940s nightstand. The bathroom is new, complete and modern.
