Outdoor areas include an a large lower deck with dining and seating areas, a *BRAND NEW* hot tub, a fire pit, and a grilling area. Located about 15 minutes from downtown, you can have the peace and seclusion of the lake without sacrificing the attractions of Hot Springs.

Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/large gatherings are not allowed.

The Lake House has the most beautiful view of Lake Hamilton and is located right on the water with over 100 feet of lake frontage. You will not find a more peaceful and secluded location and yet you are minutes away from downtown Hot Springs, horse racing, and all that a resort town has to offer. We limit the number of guests to 4 adults. We may consider a small child or infant as an additional fifth. We do not offer WIFI, but there are strong cell signals. 70 5-star reviews on other sites.
