Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Approximately 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Hot Springs. Maximum occupancy at anytime in the cabin is 3. There are 2 twin mattresses in the loft. There is NOT a hide-a-bed sofa. Animals are NOT allowed in the cabin at any time! Contact host before booking if you are bringing multiple vehicles. PLEASE read entire listing before booking.

Great spot for fish! Gorgeous lake/river views. This condo is located on the outside of hot springs. If traveling at night there are a lot of turns and dark roads. About 20 min to the main part of Hot Springs.

Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
