Small farm with a very comfortable house, with all appliances, utensils, laundry room with washing machine, jacuzzi/hydromassage bath, barbecue integrated into the house environment, wood stove, garage, soccer field, outdoor area for bonfire, diversity of birds (ideal for observation), marmosets, chipmunks, flowers. We have thermal sheets (in two rooms) with 10 temperatures to guarantee a warm bed Dead end street, very safe, only with farms.
