“<A peaceful oasis. We enjoyed everything about our stay! Bed was very comfortable. Heater worked perfectly and the kitchen setup was great. Laura said it might be a little cold so she stocked us up with firewood for the stove burner (just in case). My favorite time though was being able to have a fire in the fire pit outside, a glass of wine in hand, looking out over the water and then up at the stars. Just what I needed to recharge. Would definitely book here again.”

“We had a great stay at Jacquie and Barry’s cottage. They were very gracious and hospitable, and looked out for our needs - parking for our RV, recommendations for a local seafood market (Chipman’s Wharf), and were very responsive to communications and questions. We took our dogs for walks along their private trails and beaches, got some great photos of the sunrise, and deer grazing against the tree line. We were within an hour or so of both Lubec (Easternmost point in the US), and Bar Harbor/Acadia. If we’d had our passports with us, we would have taken the short hop up into New Brunswick or Nova Scotia as well! We highly recommend arranging for the lobster dinner that Barry and Jacquie offer - it had local lobster, crab, clams, and was absolutely delicious. We’ve already suggested the place to several friends, and will likely be returning ourselves as well. :)”
