There’s also grocery stores, restaurants, coffee very close by in El Cerrito Plaza. This is a newly built, attached one bedroom in-law unit with private entrance in the quiet backyard. It offers absolutely privacy and is very bright, cozy, spacious. Shared laundry with us in the garage. Free Parking in the driveway. Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Our "Backhouse Retreat" is a cozy little studio with a whole lotta charm. We are located in the quiet, safe and centrally located Richmond Annex. A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

Rustic Cottage *****Hiking & Biking

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Private garden cottage in the heart of Berkeley's Gilman District. Located well off the street. Good quality mattress, kitchenette & small new bathroom. There's a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The cottage is not set up for cooking. A short walk to Whole Foods, Biergarten, Funky Elephant, and others.
