Waterfront holiday rentals in Piran

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

Apartment is located on a great place, everything is very close including restaurants, bakery, cafés ... We were very happy with everything! Highly recommend!

Teresa was very kind. The appartment is located on good spot and is very clean and cosy. Teresa welcomed us and gave us some tips and showed us the great view from terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped! :)

Niceapartment in the historic center, a stone's throw from Piazza Unità d 'Italia and Piazza di Cavana. Bright, tastefully furnished, cozy, very tidy and well-kept. Giovanni was very helpful and kind.

Communication with Riccardo was always great and the responses came right away. The place is convenient, in the immediate vicinity of a supermarket and several free car parks. I highly recommend it.

We had a brilliant stay in Tamara's apartment. it was perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean and exactly as described, except it was even closer to the sea than we realised. Novigrad was a really lovely place to visit as well, hopefully we'll be back.

We had beautiful days, very flexible and smooth check-in, the apartment is perfected with a view of the sea and the location could not be better. About 100 m to the beach with shade spots. Highly recommended!

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Fantastic location and great recreational value. Only 130 steps separate you from the sea. It is not a house, but a ground floor apartment with terrace and garden with sea view. Very nice walk along the sea to the center (25 min).

Andrej was a very responsive host. The place was in a great location, very walkable as the whole city is carless so you have to leave your car just outside the city center (make sure to download the easy park app). The layout of the room created plenty of space with the bed as a loft. The skylight makes it light during the day but also in the early morning (I slept with an eye mask). It is quiet given how central it is and Andrej gave us lots of information on things to do and see. Note for Americans-second floor is the top floor ;)

the area is residential. Private indoor parking priceless. Breathtaking views and huge super equipped terrace. The sofa bed is also comfortable. Susanna is a fabulous host, available for anything, and ready to solve every little problem. The house is equipped with everything you need, including a food "survival kit" so you don't have to run shopping right away. Trieste has great drinking water that you don't need to buy. The surroundings do not offer much at the moment but the new museum center is a stone's throw away as well as the bus stop. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can see all the Skyline of Trieste. Good starting point to visit Giant Grotta and Miramare

We had a great time at Diana's place. Very comfortable house, very clean and equipped with everything you need; located in a beautiful, very quiet area in front of the port. Very comfortable parking spot. Perfect host who has always responded quickly and precisely to our requests. Really very pleasant stay, we felt right at home. We will definitely be back! Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.

We can highly recommend Ennio's apartment (we were on the 1st floor). It is modern and high-quality furnished, as well as well equipped with everything you need (e.g. Kitchen and bathroom). It is quiet and from the small balcony you even have a view of the sea. We were also always able to park right in front of the house on the street. You don't drive long to Trieste, but you can also take hikes along the sea from the house away. We will be happy to come back.
