We rent an attractive and spacious 3-room apartment in a well-kept 2-family house in Klagenfurt. The apartment is in an extremely convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the train station, the fairgrounds and the city center. Ideal for commuters, trade fair visitors or city lovers! The lake can also be reached within minutes by bike. The apartment also has a TV with SKY, so you can easily enjoy movies, TV channels or sports for free.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. In the immediate vicinity is the Alps Adria University of Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, Lake Wörthersee. Mobility is possible in many ways. The bike path passes by the apartment. There are restaurants, a bakery and a pharmacy within easy walking distance. The apartment has just been restored and prepared with a lot of love. It's waiting for you!

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

With us you live in a separate, modernly furnished apartment with its own terrace, which is facing east and is perfect for breakfast. The apartment consists of an anteroom, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It is equipped with everything necessary to provide you with a pleasant stay. We are also happy to provide bicycles! There is a community tax of €2.70 per night per guest. (People over the age of 16)

We like to make it nice and enjoy our home. The pool of the huge garden in the middle of nature is a place where we like to come home. Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special retreat to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀. With this unique home, all the important points of contact are close by, making it easy to plan your stay. The 2022 newly renovated, bright and friendly studio apartment with about 22 m2 is equipped with everything you need. The comfortable double bed has a size of 160 × 200 cm. The location of the apartment is optimal. Downtown Klagenfurter is a 5-10 minute walk.

Our cozy, separate guesthouse offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It has a bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and an open living and kitchen area. Outside there is a parking space for two cars, including carport. Ideal for quiet rest with all amenities! An additional municipal fee of €2.70 will be charged for a stay.
