Small cocoon with very rare PATIO in the heart of the port

For your stopover in Cancale, we offer you our little ‘cocoon’, as you travellers like to call it. A few years ago, Philippe was transferred to Saint-Malo, where he fell in love with the small harbour of La Houle. He needed somewhere to stay and fell for this little 55 m² house located in a small pedestrianised alley in the heart of the port and all its activity. It is a haven of peace, with its south-facing patio sheltered from the wind, where you can eat outside for most of the year.

The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Cancale - Loft - Stunning sea view

At the top of a beautiful fisherman's house, overlooking the sea like the bow of a boat, discover COBALT... The noble materials as well as the neat decoration will delight our guests looking for the "rare pearl". The cathedral ceiling offers great clarity to this crossing loft with the ocean and the horizon as its only opposite. The living room is composed of a living area and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area itself receives a bed of very large dimensions.

Duplex with magnificent sea view, the port of Bas-Sablons and Dinard, 1st row for the sunset on Cape Frehel! With a surface area of 45 m2, composed of a living room and a bedroom upstairs. Close to the beach of Bas-Sablons, shops, restaurants and market. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the city centre and its ramparts. Beautiful walks in the surrounding area, such as the Tour Solidor, the city of Aleth with a view of Dinard, and the port of Bas-Sablons.

Studio close to the cabins of Gouville

Refurbished 35 m² studio, 100 metres from the beach and its changing rooms. Very friendly, pleasant, and easy-going. It comprises a kitchenette, a sleeping area, a lovely living room with TV, Wi-Fi and a desk, and a bathroom (towels and sheets are provided). The studio opens onto a terrace with garden furniture. The accommodation is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility due to the steps required to access the property and the bathroom.

Sciotot: The small house – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

La Liberté, an Eden on Sillon Beach

Characterful apartment located 10 meters from the large and majestic Sillon beach. You just have to cross the street to take a sea bath, do your yoga, read a book in the sun or have an aperitif at sunset. My apartment is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The light comes in from everywhere. An Eden... right on the water. (Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided).

Its location also allows visitors to explore all the D-Day landing sites and enjoy the tranquillity of the Norman bocage.

You can take walks, bike rides, or go by car or boat to discover or rediscover Cotentin.

From the bright 60 m2 apartment that we offer, you can admire the sea and the colourful beach huts placed all along the dune. We have designed and furnished it to create a comfortable, functional and refreshing. The ocean view from every window promises a spectacle that changes with the tides. On the balcony terrace, you can read or have a drink to the sound of the waves.

Completely renovated in a warm and comfortable atmosphere, it is composed of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, a living room, 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom for each of them. Located a few meters from an access to the ramparts and the magnificent view of the bay by the Saint-Pierre gate and Bon Secours beach, the proximity of the lively streets and the many restaurants will delight you.
