The interior of the house consists of a large living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which in the attic and 1 bathroom.

We offer a beautiful Tuscan guest house – the house dates back more than 150 years – but of course it is completely refurbished. The Guest house can be rented throughout the entire year. It offers 10-14 places to sleep, four bathrooms, two kitchens, two large living rooms with two open fire places etc. All rooms have air conditioning! The large infinity pool offers a great sea view. Pizza oven and large barbecue is located in the garden. Parking is available for five cars.
